Anzac Day - Report of the Day

In a rainy day 8 teams played for the trophy. 

There were superbe players and the level of the games were excellent . The tourny was won by Leprotti, followed by Tiki, then Brianza, Geezers Zurich, Italia40, MIlan Park Touchers, Modena, Parkotti.

We won 3 games and lost 2 so the balance of the day is good. We still need to understand which is the structure of the game and find our way. But considering that we have only 3 experienced players. We have to work on the rugby skills of our players and on discipline in defence. and most all in communication. However we played as a team against Geezers and even if we lost game was thight. Well played also with Torino, Modena and Parkotti. Then we were to tired when we played Italia40. but at least we scored a try against 6 male players!   

Memorable: we had two parties at the price of one  and at the evening we had at Fiori Oscur 70 guests out of the touch circuit and this is the most importanti thing.

Anzac Day - Apr 27th Segrate

Italia Touch invites you to celebrate ANZAC day in Milan the 27th of April !
We will honour the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought during World War I.

09.30 -18.00
8 Touch teams with more than 90 Italian and international players will fight to win the tournament.
Semifinal and final are valid for Touch ranking!

If you don't take part in the tournament, take a seat, grab a drink and enjoy the matches !
A pitch will be available for friendly matches!

THIRD HALF TIME on the pitch with Italian and international food, and of course a lot of beers!

An explicative video as well as photos of ANZAC will be shown at the end of the matches.

Pozzo d'Adda - The vision of Mario

Per quanto riguarda il torneo di POZZO D'ADDA di domenica (dico la mia) a me è piaciuto poichè, pur non avendo mai giocato assieme, c'è stato un netto miglioramento di partita in partita: il che è molto promettente!!

Tutti hanno dato quello che avevano e ognuno si è messo a disposizione della squadra.

Bravi!!!

Molto bello tutto e un'altra cosa che mi è piaciuta e che anche dalle mete subite si possono imparare nuovi trucchetti, nuovi aspetti, nuovi schemi di gioco per migliorare, sempre!!

Sabato 06/04/2013 al campo sportivo di USMATE VELATE, Via Luini

Allenamenti nazionali si terranno nel campo sportivo di Usmate-Velate in via Luini. L'inizio degli allenamenti è previsto per le ore 9.30. Ci troviamo alle ore 9 appena fuori dalla fermata della metro di Cimiano sulla linea VERDE. Cimiano è la prima fermata in superficie venendo da Loreto in direzione Cascina Gobba / Gessate / Cologno nord. Dalla banchina si scendono le scale e si va a destra: si arriva in superficie in prossimità dell'angolo tra il controviale di viale Palmanova e via Don Luigi Orione dove c'è un Garage sotterraneo che presenta la scritta "Frigerio Gomme" e a fianco c'è anche il Fluid Bar. 

National trainings will be in via Luini (campo sportivo diUsmate-Velate). from 9.30 am. We will meet at 9 am at the Cimiano metro station on the GREEN line. Cimiano is the first stop station outside, coming from Loreto going to Cascina Gobba / Gessate / Cologno nord. Down the metro, go down the stairs and then turn right: the meeting point is at the corner between viale Palmanova and via Don Luigi Orione where you see a Garage - "Frigerio Gomme" near the Fluid Bar.

Monza il giorno dopo/Monza the day after

Tre Park Touchers hanno giocato Sabato nelle file dei Brianza Toucherz il torneo amichevole di Monza, organizzato benissimo dagli amici Tucanò Monza Touch. 

Ottima la prestazione di Jacopo Di Stefano e Morg Morg Mercier che hanno messo a disposizione della squadra le loro qualità rugbistiche. La freccia per loro non ha segreti. 

Da migliorare solo il gioco ai 5 metri che per loro e' una novita'. Tutte le partite sono state vinte, ma soprattutto si é giocato bene per cui complimenti per esordio con il botto! Continuando così ci divertiremo. 

3 touchers played on sat in Monza with Brianza Touchers team. Day was well organised by Tucanò Monza Morg an Jacopo learned well the 3men/woman drive and put their rugby skills. 

Just to improve the 5 meters. Any way all the game were won and well played. Grazie!

Alcune notizie riguardo il torneo. // Few news about the tournament of Apr 7th

Il luogo // place: Pozzo d’Adda (BG), presso il Campo comunale “Olimpia”, Via Roma, 20060.

Orario // beginning and finish: presentazione squadre ore 9:00, inizio torneo ore 10:00, fine torneo previsto per le 18:00

Costi // cost: 15 euro a giocatore (player) per il torneo e 5 euro per il terzotempo (food after having played).

Possibilità di campeggio al campo. // it's available a place for Camping.

The International Touch Team of Milan: probably not the best team, but the only one in Milan where you can play sport and practice your English with mother tongue speakers

Descrizione

People are playing touch in Milan Parks from 2007. More then 40 expats played in this group under different names: Barbarians, JaCusi, Park Touchers.

We still play in a park on Sundays (The only team of MIlan!!!) and we finally found an indoor pitch for winter: Tennis Calcetto Barona, Via Ovada 22 on Wenesday.

Training are held in English by qualified Level 1 Coaches from Australian Touch Federation and English mother tongue players

Touch is a social sport born in Australia in 1960 and is a derivative of Rugby League. Game is played on a half rugby pitch by 6 players (3 girls and 3 boys) minimum contact, maximum fun. Today more then 15.000 boys and girls play the game in Europe and more then 2millions (!) in the South Emisfere.
